CrossFit is a high intensity interval training program that combines strength and conditioning workouts with functional movements performed at high intensity. CrossFit workouts (WODs) vary daily and are designed to improve overall fitness. Today, CrossFit has grown to over 13,000 affiliates in 120 countries, making it the fastest-growing sport on the planet.

All fitness programs at Interval Plus are designed to be inclusive and adaptable to all levels. If you're unsure, our certified coaches are available to provide personalized recommendations based on your fitness level, preferences, and objectives. There are always modifications and scaling options available.

For beginners, train 2 to 3 days per week to allow the body to adapt. Intermediate athletes should aim for 4 to 5 days of training per week, balancing intensity and recovery to maximize progress. Listening to your body and allowing adequate rest days is crucial for long-term success.

Focus on balanced nutrition that includes a variety of whole foods, such as fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, and healthy fats. Avoid processed foods and excessive sugar. Hydration is essential. Consulting with a nutritionist can provide personalized guidance based on your individual needs.
