1-What is Interval Plus?

Interval Plus was the first official CrossFit affiliate to Open its doors in Riyadh in 2015. We wanted to introduce CrossFit to the local community, and start encouraging people to adopt a healthier and more active lifestyle. We strongly support the Kingdom 2030 vision and government initiatives in promoting fitness and an active lifestyle in the Saudi community. We believe fitness is an experience, and we want our members to enjoy and commit to their fitness journey with the fastest growing community in the region. We built state of the art mega branches that are located in prime Riyadh city areas and also in the Western region.

2-What services and facilities does Interval Plus provide?

Interval Plus CrossFit strives to deliver the highest quality strength and conditioning training programs following the CrossFit methodology. Our sole focus is maximizing your progress and providing you with lifechanging results. We place priority on top-quality coaching that is only offered at the best facilities. You will have the opportunity to work hands-on with one or more of our coaches, which will help to maximize your fitness progress and enjoyment. The facilities are equipped with the best equipment and we provide our members with a variety of services that deliver convenience and add value to the overall experience. We believe that CrossFit is a fitness culture built around one community encompassing all.

4-Why are Interval Plus coaches so different from those at other gyms?

Our coaches eat, breathe and sleep fitness and health. They also have a passion to help people achieve their fitness goals, and in doing so, having a positive impact on their lives. Our coaches have an appetite to increase their experience and knowledge of everything fitness and in sharing that knowledge with members. As such, they are fitness and health experts. We truly believe our fitness training programs will assist you get in the best shape of your life and our coaches will support you every step of the way. Our programs are constantly varied so you will never get bored with the workouts – routine is the enemy – and are so designed that they will meet all of your fitness requirements – you generally won’t need a supplementary gym membership or training program. The class is one hour and involves all the elements of functional movement that make up CrossFit training, all scaled to suit your level of fitness and ability. Classes run throughout the week and the focus is on a fun workout and learning new skills.

Interval Theory

A perfect solution - for those wanting to do CrossFit but not the technical weightlifting. The workout will involve functional body weight movements and use light to moderate loads, including dumbbells, kettlebells and medicine balls.

Interval Strike

Interval Strike works on the same principle of Interval Theory but with a boxing/kick boxing focus. Interval Strike will use dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, jump ropes, and other equipment to build strength and stamina.

Interval Fit

What is Interval Fit? Interval Fit is a combination of functional bodybuilding with cardio in an unconventional way. Break routine, add intensity in a hypertrophic program Incorporating all in a hypertrophic program. Incorporating all the "machines" you are used to, like Ski Erg, Concept 2, TFR, and assault bike. With interval fit your heart rate is going to be through the roof as you will alternate body weight with external load in a tempo that will give you gains and lose body fat. you and your body are going to love it.
