Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Interval Plus CrossFit ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, services, and facilities (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which are made available in both English and Arabic in compliance with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's E-Commerce Law. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the English and Arabic versions, the Arabic version shall prevail as required by Saudi law.

If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Services.

Our Services are provided in full compliance with the E-Commerce Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce and the Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST).

All commercial transactions conducted through our website are subject to the Saudi E-Commerce Law, which includes provisions for consumer protection, transparent pricing, and the right to cancel certain transactions within a specified cooling-off period.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive contract between you and us regarding the use of our Services.

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Memberships are personal and non-transferable. You may not share your membership credentials or allow others to use your membership. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any membership found to be in violation of this policy.

All membership fees are due in advance and are displayed in Saudi Riyals (SAR). Prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. We guarantee that no additional fees, charges, or costs will be added to the displayed price at checkout except where required by law.

In compliance with Saudi E-Commerce Law, all prices for memberships, programs, and services are displayed clearly and transparently on our website in Saudi Riyals (SAR), inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.

Before completing any purchase or registration, you will be presented with a clear summary of the total amount payable, including the itemized cost of each service, any applicable taxes, and the final total. No hidden fees or charges will be added after you have confirmed your order.

We reserve the right to adjust our pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect memberships or services that have already been purchased at the previous price.

Upon completing a membership purchase or service registration through our website, you will receive an electronic order confirmation sent to the email address you provided. This confirmation will include the details of your purchase, the total amount paid, and a reference number for your records.

In accordance with Saudi E-Commerce Law, we maintain accurate and accessible records of all commercial transactions conducted through our platform for a minimum period of five (5) years. You may request a copy of your transaction records at any time by contacting us.

If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours of completing your purchase, please contact us immediately to verify the status of your transaction.

You have the right to cancel your membership within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of purchase or renewal, without providing any reason, in accordance with consumer protection principles under Saudi E-Commerce Law. This is referred to as the "Cooling-Off Period".

To cancel within the Cooling-Off Period, you must submit a written cancellation request to us via email or through the contact methods listed in these Terms. We will process your cancellation request within seven (7) business days and refund any membership fees paid, less any pro-rated charges for services already consumed during the cancellation period.

After the Cooling-Off Period has expired, you may still cancel your membership by providing thirty (30) days' written notice. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused days within that period.

If you cancel a recurring membership subscription, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to our Services until that date.

If you cancel your membership within the fourteen (14) day Cooling-Off Period, you are entitled to a full refund of any membership fees paid, excluding any non-refundable processing fees mandated by payment providers.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will coordinate with you to arrange an alternative refund method.

Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days of receiving and approving your cancellation request. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

No refunds will be issued for memberships cancelled after the Cooling-Off Period has expired, except in cases where we have materially breached these Terms or where required by applicable Saudi law.

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, we will engage in good-faith negotiations to resolve the matter. If we are unable to reach a resolution, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant Saudi consumer protection authorities.

You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strain, heart stress, and serious injury or death. You assume all risks associated with participating in our programs.

You represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent you from safely participating in our training programs. If you have any health concerns, you should consult a physician before participating.

You agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our coaches and staff. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any member from a session for behavior that endangers themselves or others.

The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Interval Plus CrossFit and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without our express prior written consent.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our Services in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our Services or interfere with any other party's use of our Services.

Harassment, abuse, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind against other members, coaches, or staff is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

In no event shall Interval Plus CrossFit, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Saudi law.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the Arabic language, as required by the laws and judicial procedures of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

For significant changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will provide additional notice, such as an email notification or a prominent banner on our website. By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Services.
