Membership Freeze Rules / شروط تجميد العضوية **

• 1). 3 Months only allow 14 freeze request at one time.

• 1). 6 Months only allow 2 freeze request up to 30 days / المشترك لمدة 6 شهور فقط من يستحق تجميد حسابه مرتين فقط بمدة أقصاها تصل حتى 30 يوم

• 2). 12 Months only allow 4 freeze requests, and total duration of both requests cannot exceed 60 days / المشترك لمدة 12 شهر هو من يستحق تجميد حسابه على٤ فترات بمدة أقصاها 60 يوماً

• 3). This request is not approved till authorized verified your request / لا يعتبر هذا الطلب ساري إلا بعد موافقة الإدارة عليه

• 4). By submitting a request with \ without a medical report, the freezing days balance will be deducted automatically. Medical reports can be attached if its more than the freeze balance .

• 5). Medical report Can be rejected if it was on past days, cosmetics plastic surgeries.

• 6). You cannot cancel your freeze once it has been approved or submitted. during the freeze period, you can request to attend the gym. If approved, the suspension will be removed, but the freezing days \ month is already counted in your membership.
