Interval Fit is a combination of functional bodybuilding with cardio in an unconventional way.

program. Incorporating all the “machines” you are used to, like Ski Erg, Concept 2, TFR,
and assault bike.

With interval fit your heart rate is going to be through the roof as you will alternate body
