Interval Strike

Interval Strike works on the same principles of Interval Theory although with a boxing/kickboxing focus.

Interval Strike will use dumbbells, Kettlebell’s, medicine balls, jump ropes and other equipment to build strength and stamina.

The workout will also include striking heavy bags to build power, increase hand-eye coordination and timing, and develop shoulder conditioning and speed.
