Interval Theory is the perfect solution – for those wanting to do CrossFit but not the technical weightlifting … or for those that might want to gradually increase their training capacity to begin our regular program.
Interval Theory is designed for all levels of fitness from couch potato to fitness enthusiast and our professional scaling will allow you to get the best workout to fit your intensity level. This is a super fun and efficient way of improving your fitness and still be a part of our awesome CrossFit community.
Your training session will last no more than 60 minutes in getting you into peak condition in no time at all. It will involve warm up and cool down activities with the actual workout usually lasting between 10 to 20 minutes. The workout will involve functional bodyweight movements and use light to moderate loads, including dumbbells, kettlebells and medicine balls.
You can participate in Interval Theory without completing CrossFit 101 and it is a great gateway to eventually joining the regular CrossFit program.
