3). 12 Months only allow 4 freeze requests, and total duration of both requests cannot exceed 60 days / المشترك لمدة 12 شهر هو من يستحق تجميد حسابه على٤ فترات بمدة أقصاها 60 يوماً
4). This request is not approved till authorized verified your request / لا يعتبر هذا الطلب ساري إلا بعد موافقة الإدارة عليه
